The increasingly volatile fuel market continues to impact us here in NZ. Unfortunately, this means we have needed to introduce a temporary Fuel Adjustment Factor (FAF), to ensure we can continue delivering our services. 

 To maintain transparency and keep our valued customers in the loop, we review our FAF rate weekly.  Our fuel supplier confirms our buy price each Sunday, and we review and update the FAF rate each Monday morning for the week ahead.  

FAF is calculated based on any change in fuel cost compared with the previous week, and will be applied to each job.
